Parent Coaching Service Agreement
Empowered Through Parenting, LLC
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions between the undersigned parent/guardian ("Client") and Empowered Through Parenting, LLC ("Provider"), a private parent coaching service offering behavior-based consultation and support.

1. Services Provided
​
Empowered Through Parenting provides virtual parent coaching using evidence-based, behavior analytic strategies. Services include:

Intentional parent interview

Custom behavior and coaching plan
-
Parent assignments and activities
-
Ongoing data tracking and review
-
Access to a private Google Classroom with session notes, instructional videos, coaching resources, and client-specific tools
Note: This is a coaching service. It is not therapy, ABA treatment, or direct service with children. No RBT supervision is offered.

2. Fees and Payment

This is a private pay service. Insurance is not accepted.

Payment will be automatically charged 30 minutes before each booked session.

No services will be delivered without completed payment.
3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the session may result in a full session charge.

Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.
4. Confidentiality
​

All personal and family information is kept strictly confidential.

Information will only be shared with written consent, except in cases where disclosure is required by law (e.g., suspected abuse, harm to self or others).
5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Participate fully and honestly in coaching sessions

Complete parent assignments and behavior data tracking
-
Maintain communication and follow-through on agreed strategies

Access materials and updates via Google Classroom
6. Technology & Access
​
Services are delivered online. Clients are responsible for:

Stable internet connection and appropriate devices for video calls
-
Accessing and reviewing materials sent via email and Google Classroom
7. Client Eligibility & Termination of Services
​

Coaching services are not appropriate for cases involving high-intensity or dangerous behaviors (e.g., severe aggression, self-injury, elopement, or property destruction).

Clients presenting these needs will not be accepted for coaching services, but resources or professional referrals may be offered upon request.

The provider reserves the right to discontinue services at any time if expectations are not met, participation is inconsistent, or behavior is inappropriate or unsafe.

Clients may also choose to discontinue services at any time with written notice.
8. Responsibility & Outcomes

The strategies offered are based on professional experience and evidence-based behavior analysis.

Implementation is the responsibility of the client.

The provider is not liable for the outcomes of strategies used in the home setting.

All decisions to use or modify recommendations are made at the discretion of the client. Results may vary.
9. Liability Release
​
By signing this agreement, the client acknowledges that services provided are educational in nature and not a replacement for therapy, clinical intervention, or medical advice. The provider is not liable for unintended outcomes resulting from coaching.
10. Consent & Agreement
By signing below, the client confirms understanding and agreement with the terms and policies described above.
